1776 Syndrome is the flagship event organised by ECONTAGO, the Economics Association of the Department of Economics, CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Bannerghatta Campus, Bengaluru. It is a national level inter-collegiate fest conducted for all the colleges in and outside Bengaluru. The event is filled with formal and informal events, suited for participants to showcase their academic and non-academic talents in the field of Economics. The aim of the event is to allow participation from various colleges pan India and host it on-campus for a richer and more engaging experience. It aims to imbibe the application of practical skills from the theory learnt to real-time situations.
